So we set out to inspire gamers everywhere to rise to every challenge with Intel, and prove themselves by inviting the world to “Watch This”.
What better way to inspire the everyday gamer than to partner with the people they aspire to be—professional gamers and streamers. Placing these influencers front and center showing the world why they are who they are, all the while staying true and authentic to what they play, how they play it and everything else in-between. So without further ado…..WATCH THIS!
As well as the influencer / game-specific content above we created a generic no gameplay spot using our cast that could be played at any competition event no matter what game was being played.
Our cast included some of the most storied professional gamers in eSport history and streamers with enviable followings on Twitch, YouTube and Instagram. Each gamer was also the hero of a striking poster, designed to be used at professional competitions, digital, and trade show booth displays. These photography assets were also leveraged for digital banners and dot com.
Our campaign was complemented by a collection of ‘Watch This’ themed Twitch emotes which were not only featured in the films and key visuals, but were shared as GIFs as part of a new partnership with the social platform giphy.com. This free media placement was an instant hit, currently reaching over 14M views. Check them out here.
